With over 25 years experience, Northumbria Travel decided it was time to replace their two travel web sites with a new all-in-one solution.

Jam Jar designed a colourful new site through consultation with staff to ensure that the structure, functionality and design would make a difference to customers experience and encourage new bookings.

We worked within the Northumbria Travel brand, introducing new colours to freshen the online identity and add interest. A fully integrated content management system allows staff to keep the site up to date – managing current holidays, latest news and special offers plus intuitive systems to upload imagery.

We also helped Northumbria Travel integrate 3rd party tools such as their SuperBreak portal to generate additional revenue and offer new services.
