East Sussex County Council

East Sussex County Council approached Jam Jar with a fabulous opportunity – to design and brand their exciting new learning platform. We suggested that the branding exercise should involve end-users, encouraging discussion and engagement within the design process.

We developed mood boards from which to draw inspiration and workshop activities to stimulate ideas. Some productive workshop sessions helped to provide us with a clear direction. Colourful waveforms mimic the East Sussex brand; we applied the ‘wave’ graphic device to photography, adding interest and bringing the imagery to life. The ESLP (East Sussex Learning Platform) logo and identity is subtle, clear, and compliments the County Council’s core brand.
